1 Cup Basmati rice (absorbed water)

1/2 Cup Milk

1/4 tsp Cardamom powder

2-3 Cups Milk

Khatte Meethe Baingan Recipe

Elements Of Khatte Meethe Baingan 

200 gm little baingan (brinjals) 

Mustard oil - for profound searing 

1/4 tsp heeng (asafoetida) 

11/2 tsp ginger-garlic glue 

1/2 tsp cumin seeds 

4-5 entire red chillies 

2 tsp saunf powder 

2 Tbsp tomato puree 

1 tsp red bean stew powder 

Salt - to taste 

1/4 tsp haldi powder 

1/2 tsp dhania powder 

1/2 tsp jeera powder 

2-3 tsp dhania leaves, cleaved 

6-7 Tbsp imli blend 

The most effective method to Make Khatte Meethe Baingan 

For imli blend: 

1.Boil water and include sugar, as per taste and include the imli pieces in it. 

2.Let it bubble for around 10-15 minutes or till the blend turns out to be thick in consistency. 

3.Drain the blend and keep aside. 

For the brinjal: 

1.First cut each baingan the long way into four pieces. 

2.Heat oil, profound sear them and keep aside. 

3.Heat 3-4 Tbsp of mustard oil, include heeng and ginger-garlic glue to it. 

4.Add cumin seeds, entire red chilles and saunf powder, blend well. 

5.Add tomato puree. 

6.Mix in all the powdered masalas and salt. 

7.Garnish with coriander leaves and pour the imli blend over it. 

8.Stir well and include the browned baingan. 

9.Cover and cook for around 8-10 minutes. 

10.Serve hot.

Chicken White Karhai






Chicken White Karhai

Fixings 

Chicken 500 grams 

Yogurt 250 grams 

Ginger garlic glue 2 tbsp 

Green chilies 4-5 

Squashed coriander seeds 1 tbsp 

Squashed cumin seeds 1 tbsp 

Squashed dark pepper 1 tsp 

Cream ½ glass 

Oil 1 glass 

Salt to taste 

Ginger 1 medium piece 

Crisp coriander ½ cluster 

Cooking Directions 

1-Heat oil in skillet and broil the chicken till marginally dark colored. At that point include ginger garlic glue, cook for a moment. 

2-Add squashed cumin seeds, smashed coriander seeds, pounded dark pepper, yogurt, and 1-1/some water; cook on high fire until chicken delicate. 

3-Add green chilies and cream cook blend it well and expel from warm. 

4-Garnish with ginger and cleaved coriander and serve it.
