EID-UL-ADHA SPECIAL BEEF CURRY WITH WHOLE SPICES





Fixings: 

2 lbs hamburger 

½ glass oil 

1 glass onion, cut 

2 tablespoon ginger, coarsely cleaved 

5-6 garlic cloves, coarsely cleaved 

2-3 cloves 

2-3 cinnamon, around 1" each 

3-4 dark cardamom 

1 teaspoon coriander powder 

1 tablespoon cumin seeds 

6-8 dark peppercorn 

1-2 narrows takes off 

1 teaspoon turmeric 

3 tablespoons yogurt 

5-8 entire red bean stew, slited or broken into pieces 

1 ½ teaspoon Salt, or as indicated by taste 

Steps:
1. Wash meat and channel water. 

2. Include all fixings and marinate around 20-30 minutes. 

3. Turn on stove and cook meat in medium low warmth until oil begins discharging from the side and hamburger is delicate. Blend sometimes in the middle of and include little water in the event that it gets excessively dry or begins staying at the base of the dish. 

Notes : 

i. Hamburger discharges a considerable measure of water while cooking. Contingent upon the nature of hamburger, you may need to add water to make the meat delicate. At the point when cooking with meat in the US, I normally don't include water. Utilize your judgment here. 

ii. Alter bean stew per taste. 

iii. Warming this curry in microwave doesn't do equity to this hamburger curry so please warm on stovetop. Generally, a tremendous clump of meat is typically cooked and enjoyed for a few days.
