For the shortbread
1 container margarine
1/4 container granulated sugar
1/4 container light cocoa sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla concentrate
1/2 tsp almond extricate
1/2 container ground almonds
2 1/2 generally useful gluten free flour mix
For the chocolate covering
10 oz. brilliant white sweet melts
10 oz. brilliant pink sweet melts
3-6 Tbsp canola oil
