Tikka Boti Bar B Q Boneless Special Eid Recipe

Recipe:
Gosht: (Bina haddi wala) 1 kg
Garam Masala (pisa howa) 1 chaye ka chamach
Adrak Lehsan paist: 1 tea spoon
Dahi 1 tahai cup
Namak: Hasb-e-Zaika
Laal Mirch Powder: Hasb e zaika
Dhanya pisa howa adha chaye ka chamach
Safaid zira pisa howa: Adha chaye ka chamach
Ghee oil adha chaye ka chamach
Pyaz aur lelon katay howe zaroorat ke mutabiq
Method:
Gosht ko botiyon main kaat lain. Aik pateeli main thora pani lay kar gosht ko ubal par neem gala lain aur pani khushk kar ke utar main. Saray masalay aur lehson adrak ka paste dahi main mila lain. Gost jub thanda ho jaye tou dahi laga dain. Phir botiyon ko salakhon main lagayain aur dehaktay howe koelon par surkh kar lain, sath sath botiyon par thora thora sa ghee tapkati jayain. Kati hoi payaz, lemon ki kashon aur raitay ke sath paish karain.
