Prepared PESTO PARMESAN CHICKEN

INGREDINTES 

4 chicken bosom (ideally natural) 

6 tbsp pesto 

dark pepper 

(squeeze of salt) 

1 dl/0,4 container ground Parmesan 

Directions 

Preheat stove to 200 Celcius/390 Fahrenheit degrees. 

Set up the pesto. 

Place chicken bosom in a preparing plate that is gently splashed with cooking oil. 

Season with dark pepper and a squeeze of salt in the event that you like. 

Top chicken bosoms with pesto and ground Parmesan. 

Prepare for 20 to 30 minutes contingent upon the measure of the chicken bosoms. It is well done when the internal temperature is 72 to 75 Celcius/165 Fahrenheit degrees.
