Simple Chicken Mince Kebab Recipe/Chicken Kabab Recipe
Fixings:
Chicken mince - 300 grams (take boneless chicken in a blender and puree it)
Onion - 1 extensive ground
Green Chillies - 1 hacked finely
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tblspn
Stew Powder - 2 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder/Malli Podi - 2 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander Leaves - 3 tblspn finely hacked
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp or to taste
Oil - 1 tblspn + for Shallor Frying
Strategy:
Heat oil in a dish, include onions, green chillies and salt. Cook till light chestnut.
Include ginger garlic glue and saute for a min.
Include all zest powders and blend well.
Include coriander leaves and blend well.
Empty this masala into minced chicken and blend truly well.Add in lemon squeeze and blend.
Cover and let this marinate for 30 mins.
Wet your hands, take little parcel from the blend and shape into balls or log.
Heat oil for shallow frying.Pan broil it in hot oil till brilliant. Deplete and serve hot.
