GRILLED SALMON KEBABS

Fixings

2 tbsp hacked new oregano

2 tsp sesame seeds

1 tsp ground cumin

1/4 tsp pulverized red pepper chips

1-1/2 pounds skinless wild salmon filet, cut into 1-inch pieces

2 lemons, daintily cut into rounds

olive oil cooking splash

1 tsp genuine salt

16 bamboo sticks absorbed water 60 minutes

Bearings:

Heat the flame broil one medium warmth and splash the meshes with oil. Blend oregano, sesame seeds, cumin, and red pepper chips in a little bowl to join; put flavor blend aside.

Starting and consummation with salmon, string salmon and collapsed lemon cuts onto 8 sets of parallel sticks to make 8 kebabs absolute. Shower the fish gently with oil and season legitimate salt and the saved zest blend.

Grill the fish, turning occasionally, until fish is opaque throughout, about 8 to 10 minutes total.
